CLEAR Text Alerts
What are CLEAR Text Alerts?
CLEAR Text Alerts are SMS messages that contain promotional offers for certain CLEAR products or services.
How do I sign up for CLEAR Text Alerts?
Sign up for CLEAR Text Alerts by texting CLEAR to the short code 42987. By signing up, you receive three (3) promotional SMS messages from CLEAR each month. CLEAR Text Alerts are not mobile spam. The service is a recurring SMS messaging program.
Is it free?
Although CLEAR itself does not charge anything for these text Alerts, Message & Data rates may apply. Depending on your texting/data plan, you may be charged by your carrier.
What if I don't want to receive any more promotional messages?
To stop receiving all CLEAR Text Alerts, simply text STOP to the short code 42987. After doing so, you will receive an SMS message confirming your opt-out, and thereafter you no longer will receive any CLEAR Text Alerts.
What if I want to opt back in?
You can resume your receipt of CLEAR Text Alerts by following any of the steps outlined in the above section: "How do I sign up for CLEAR Text Alerts".
What if I want more information?
To request more information, simply text HELP to the short code 42987.

What is CLEAR Mobile Email Signup?
CLEAR Mobile Email Sign-up adds your email address to CLEAR’s promotional email list, so your mobile device can receive promotional emails featuring CLEAR products and services.
How do I use CLEAR Mobile Email Signup?
Sign up for CLEAR promotional emails by texting your email address to the short code 42987. You will receive one (1) confirmation SMS message, and you then will be signed up to receive any number of promotional emails from CLEAR.
Is it free?
Although CLEAR itself does not charge anything for the confirmation SMS message or for the subsequent promotional email messages, Message & Data rates may apply. Depending on your texting/email/data plan, you may be charged by your carrier.
What if I don't want to receive any more promotional messages?
At any time you can opt out of receiving promotional email messages by visiting www.clear.com/dnc.
