Hawaii and Alaska excluded; customers in these states generally can expect delivery of CLEAR device(s) within two business days of placement of CLEAR service order. Clearwire makes every attempt to provide fast, reliable shipping. This is why we work with UPS, FedEx and other well-known vendors to provide the shipment of your order. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, we can not guarantee delivery within the estimated shipment period or by the estimated delivery date because certain force majeure events and other factors (e.g., weather conditions, labor strikes/stoppages, product unavailability), many of which are beyond Clearwire's control, may delay the shipment and/or delivery of your order.
