Cash Payments on Account

If you make a cash payment in excess of, or separate from, the charge required for a particular service period you have ordered, you have five (5) years -- from the date you make that payment -- to apply any cash balance (remaining on your account) to one or more specific service sessions. Any remaining cash balance not so applied prior to the expiration of such five (5)-year period will become unavailable for your use and will be transmitted to the appropriate State pursuant to its escheatment laws and procedures.
