Why won't my USB work with my CLEAR Spot?
The top fix for this issue is updating to the latest firmware and modem driver. To ensure optimal device performance, we regularly release updated firmware and drivers for devices like your CLEAR Spot.
To check the firmware and driver on your CLEAR Spot, please follow these steps:
- Launch your Browser and enter the following address in the address bar: http://192.168.0.1. When prompted for a password, use your CLEAR Spot’s default password, which is the last six characters of the MAC Address. (You’ll find the MAC address on the back of your CLEAR Spot unit).
- Click on the Tools Tab.
- On the left panel, Click Firmware.
- Compare version numbers with the latest files located at www.clear.com/support/download.
