When can I expect to receive my CLEAR Visa Gift Card?

Depending on which day you submitted your claim and where you are located, it may take up to sxity (60) days to receive your Visa card. For the fastest possible delivery of your card, please ensure that CLEAR has your most current mailing address on file by verifying your account information with the CLEAR representative with whom you file your claim. If you have provided your (non-CLEAR) email address to CLEAR, you will receive notifications as confirmations of your refund being processed and when your prepaid card is mailed.
