What is a Username?

Your Username is a unique identifier in CLEAR's billing system. It allows you access to My Account, though you may also use your email address or your phone number to access My Account. Each line of service you have with CLEAR has its own Username. Depending on how you purchased your CLEAR service, you may have selected your Username or your Username may have been automatically generated for you. Automatically generated Usernames will commonly either start with "RV" or "autoGen." You can always change your Username by signing in to My Account and visiting My Profile at www.clear.com/my-account/profile.
