Should I cancel my service now?

You can continue to use your service until November 6, 2015 at 12:01 AM in your local time zone. We will close your account effective November 6, 2015 at 12:01 AM in your local time zone so that you will no longer be billed. You may contact us before then if you would like to cancel earlier. We would be happy to discuss alternatives with you.
