Are you going to automatically convert my service to Sprint?

No. We won’t automatically convert your service(s) over to Sprint since we want to respect your service choices. We will close your Clearwire/CLEAR account effective November 6, 2015 at 12:01 AM in your local time zone to that you will no longer be billed.
